On Sunday 13 October, the Utrecht Science Park Campus Run took place. The Utrecht Science Park Campus Run is a challenging Fun Run that goes right through buildings and past highlights on the Utrecht Science Park. Together with the hundreds of enthusiastic participants over various distances, it was a great day with fun, rain, sunshine and great performances.

The Utrecht Science Park Campus Run is organised by Central Events. Participants could choose from a 10 KM run or a 5 KM run. For younger participants, there was a 1 KM kidsrun. The course took sports enthusiasts past and through a number of nice spots of the Utrecht Science Park, such as Olympos Sportcentrum, Grand Café Living (start), the Cambridge Bar, the U-OV bus and tram, the Utrecht Science Park Foundation office and the obstacle course at Olympos.

At the Utrecht Science Park, people work on a healthy, sustainable society every day. Sport and exercise is an essential part of that, which is stimulated by this low-threshold running competition. Besides a healthy and fun day, money was also raised for the official charity of the USP Campus Run, the ALS Netherlands Foundation.

This was a successful edition of the Utrecht Science Park Campus Run with the enthusiasm and perseverance of the participants.
