In the heart of Utrecht Science Park, Plus Ultra Utrecht will offer 22,800 m2 of lab and office space for start-ups, scale-ups and mature companies active in the Life Sciences & Health Sector from the opening in July 2025. In Bilthoven, work is underway to realize the new building ‘Impetus’ with approximately 16,000 m2 for life sciences production or R&D companies. The second satellite location has been open since June 2024; Utrecht Science Park Zeist. Both start-ups and growing and mature companies can go here.

Possibilities are also being investigated at other locations in the nearby region and initiatives are already being taken to realize new lab spaces, also within existing buildings.

At Utrecht Science Park there is a business complex with space for growing companies, the Alexander Numan building. Because there is a lot of demand for space for growing life sciences companies, the construction of a second accelerator building is in preparation.

For companies interested in establishing their own research facility in Utrecht Science Park, a limited number of building plots are available for new developments.

Stadstuin Daltonlaan

Right next to the Utrecht Science Park is “De Stadstuin” at Daltonlaan 200, where office space and meeting rooms are available. The office space is available for start-ups, growing and mature companies. Click here for more information.

Technology Transfer

Utrecht Holdings is the Knowledge Transfer Office (KTO) of Utrecht University and the University Medical Center Utrecht. Utrecht Holdings helps academics convert knowledge into business.
