About the WorkWalk

The WorkWalk is an inspiring initiative by HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht in collaboration with the Utrecht Science Park Foundation. This project is based on practice-oriented research conducted by Fontys, which carefully mapped out the benefits of walking meetings. The research confirms that walking not only improves physical and mental health but also leads to greater efficiency and productivity. Inspired by these findings, the WorkWalk was launched at the Utrecht Science Park in September 2024. Three beautiful walking routes of varying lengths have been created across the Utrecht Science Park, which you can explore and use every day.
