The Science for Life Conference is the annual gathering for all fundamental and technology-oriented life sciences researchers at Utrecht Science Park (USP), primarily from:
- Faculty of Science
- Faculty of Veterinary Medicine
- University Medical Center Utrecht (UMC Utrecht)
- Princess Máxima Center for pediatric oncology
- Hubrecht Institute
- Westerdijk Fungal Biodiversity Institute
The aim is to bring together colleagues from UU Life Sciences, introduce them to different research approaches and facilities within the field, and inspire one another with groundbreaking research.
The programme includes:
- Keynote lectures by internationally leading scientists
- Parallel sessions featuring presentations by early-career researchers from USP
- A poster session showcasing research facilities
- Networking sessions with free lunch and drinks
Researchers at all career stages are warmly welcome! Early-career scientists are encouraged to present their research during the poster session.
Science for Life is one of the six research communities of Utrecht Life Sciences.
