Utrecht Marathon powered by Utrecht Science Park

The Utrecht Marathon powered by Utrecht Science Park is an annual event in which health, exercise, team-building and sustainability take centre stage. Utrecht Science Park is the main partner of the marathon.

Utrecht Science Week makes the value and progress of the work at Utrecht Science Park more visible to a wide audience of stakeholders and interested parties.

The USP Cafés are meetings at a location where all trendsetters can familiarise themselves with and catch up on each other's activities in an informal way.

Cycling events

Utrecht Science Park upholds the time-honoured tradition of cycling. In 2015, the cyclists of the Tour de France were here as guests, and in 2022, it was the Vuelta's turn. In addition, over 20,000 people travel to Utrecht Science Park each day by bicycle. Chances are, they do so regularly by way of the world's longest rainbow cycle path. The annual cycling event Giro d'Utrecht also takes place here, with start and finish from the Utrecht Science Park.

Large-scale and lively festival with lectures, workshops and debates

The Utrecht Science Park spent a week introducing visitors to all that the Science Park has to offer. From the hospital of the future to saving our drinking water, from the dialogue on animal husbandry to the inauguration of Genmab's immunotherapy and from the hackathon on making the laboratories at the Utrecht Science Park more sustainable to the final of the Sustainable City Challenge: the third edition of the Utrecht Science Week was a great success.
