Want to be well prepared for your distance in the Utrecht Marathon on 31 May 2026? The Olympos Sports Centre at Utrecht Science Park offers 10-week running training programmes for different levels and distances.

Want to be well prepared for your distance in the Utrecht Marathon on 31 May 2026? The Olympos Sports Centre at Utrecht Science Park offers 10-week running training programmes for different levels and distances.
You will receive tips from professional trainers and improve your technique, speed and distance. Running in a group is also motivating and enjoyable. Watch the short video here and also here.
You can choose from the following training sessions:
- Monday 5.30-7 p.m: 5-10 km
- Tuesday 6.30-7.45 p.m: beginners
- Wednesday 5.30-6.45 p.m: all levels (in the city centre)
- Thursday 5:15-6:45 p.m: 10+ km (half/full marathon)
Here is how to register and join:
- You can register for free with OlymPas and join the trainings.
- Start registration for a new series of 10 weeks/training sessions: Monday 26 January.
- Start training sessions: in the week of 9 February.

This year marks the tenth edition of the Betweter Festival. Princess Máxima Center to expand with innovation wing thanks to partnership between the Foundation and Rabobank
The Princess Máxima Center for pediatric oncology will be able to start expanding the center later this year with a five thousand square meter innovation wing. This has been made possible by a multi-year strategic partnership between the Princess Máxima Center Foundation and Rabobank. The new innovation wing will provide space for pioneering research, innovation in care, and collaboration programs. This expansion supports the development of better and more effective treatments for children with cancer.
