Applications Now Open for UtrechtInc Validation Programmes
Have you ever wondered what it takes to turn research or an idea into a startup? The validation programmes offered by UtrechtInc may provide the first step. Applications are now open.
UtrechtInc offers tailored tracks designed to bridge the gap between a promising idea and a scalable company. The programmes provide structured support in validating business models, hands-on experience, and guidance from industry experts.
For researchers, scientists and doctors, two programmes are available:
Ready to Start: a free four-week online primer covering the fundamentals of turning research into a business.
Science Validation: a free eight-month, part-time programme focused on testing whether a scientific innovation has a viable market.
For students (Bachelor’s and Master’s):
Student Validation: a free ten-week, part-time programme designed to help participants build a startup alongside their studies.
UtrechtInc is a startup incubator of Utrecht Science Park, supporting researchers, entrepreneurs and students in transforming promising science-based innovations into strong startups. To date, more than 430 startups have been supported across sectors including sustainability, health, education and AI.
