From zebrafish to organoid: visit the Hubrecht Institute!

Take a look behind the scenes of internationally leading research in molecular and developmental biology. What drives the development of an embryo? What determines whether an organism stays healthy or falls ill? How do the cells in our bodies keep our organs running? These are the questions that Hubrecht Institute researchers tackle every single day.

After a short introduction, researchers will guide you through their laboratories in small groups. You will get a chance to see up close how they work with innovative model systems, such as organoids, zebrafish and roundworms, to answer fundamental questions about how cells and organs work.
