HU Wellbeing Day | Selfcare

Studying is more than just attending lectures and passing exams – it’s about juggling a part-time job, group projects, social activities, making choices, and sometimes not knowing where to begin. It’s no wonder your mind can get overloaded. That’s why it’s important to take a moment to pause, check in with yourself, and ask: How are you really doing?

On Thursday 22 May, the HU Wellbeing Day will again take place at the Botanical Gardens: an inspiring and accessible day focusing on the theme of self-care. The day is organised by cultural student platform Podium, in cooperation with the Student Support Centre of HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.

During the HU Wellbeing Day, students and staff, from both the HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and Utrecht University, will have the chance to take a moment to reflect on themselves in a society that demands a lot, both mentally and physically. The programme is diverse, from a boxing training to a silence walk, from an interactive lecture on health influencers to a lunch session on diversity in love relationships. Participation is free and registration is possible by section.
