With over 31,000 employees and 55,000 students, Utrecht Science Park is the biggest science park in the Netherlands and has the highest density of knowledge institutions. The concentration of knowledge and high-quality technology within walking distance makes Utrecht Science Park a unique and interesting place for national and international (R&D) companies, educational institutions, research institutes and medical centres.

Utrecht Science Park Bilthoven concentrates on product development, product improvement and production with a focus on vaccines. By combining knowledge, networks and facilities, fundamental research at the cellular level finds a direct route to the production of the final medicine or vaccine. This enables significant progress to be made in developing more and better vaccines and medicines and making healthcare accessible to everyone.

Since May 2024, Utrecht Science Park Zeist has been the second formal satellite location of Utrecht Science Park. The former TNO site with laboratories and offices on Utrechtseweg in Zeist has been used to further strengthen the ecosystem of Utrecht Science Park.
