The Utrecht Science Park has various facilities in the areas of housing, catering & shops, sports & recreation, meeting and event locations, medical facilities and childcare.
Housing
In recent years, Utrecht Science Park has developed into a real residential area for students. There are now five residential locations with a total of 3,000 residential units. In 2026, another beautiful location with over 900 residential units will be completed, the High Five. Rental is via SSH Student Housing.

The Utrecht Science Park has a diverse range of restaurants and shops. With restaurants, food courts, food trucks, coffee corners, a supermarket, a bicycle shop and a hairdresser.

Foodtrucks
Fancy a tasty lunch? Then visit one of the food trucks at various locations in the Utrecht Science Park! The food trucks can be found on Padualaan, Coïmbrapad and Heidelberglaan near the tram stop near number 6. There are no foodtrucks on public holidays.
Below you can see on which day your favourite foodtruck will be present. Broodje Ben, Falafel&Halloumi and Mo & Sons will be happy to welcome you for a delicious lunch.

Sports & recreation
With Sports Centre Olympos, the Utrecht Science Park has the widest range of sports facilities in the province of Utrecht. In addition, the Utrecht Science Park offers green recreation both in the Botanical Gardens and in the various estates nearby such as Amelisweerd, Oostbroek and Rhijnauwen.

Medical facilities
Besides the medical facilities of UMC Utrecht, Wilhelmina Children’s Hospital and the Princess Máxima Centre for Paediatric Oncology, the clinics of the University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and several other organisations offer various services.

There are also childcare options at the Utrecht Science Park.
At Partou Toulouselaan, we work with different age groups: 0-2 years / 0-4 years / 2-4 years.
At a number of groups we still have room for new children on different days. If you are curious about the location and the possibilities, please make an appointment for a tour.
