Future facilities

There’s room for a range of companies on the Utrecht Science Park. For starters we are building a new incubator that will be linked to the current incubator (Alexander Numan building) that will be completed in 2014. For larger companies and institutes there is room within the zoning plan to construct their own buildings.

The following building projects will be completed soon or are already scheduled for the near future:

• Danone Research Building
• National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM), 
• Expansion UMC Utrecht, including the arrival of the Antoni van Leeuwenhoek Hospital and the National Children’s Oncological Centre
• Expansion Hubrecht Institute
• Expansion Utrecht University of Applied Sciences
• New buildings for Utrecht University (Geosciences faculty, Educational buildings Geosciences and beta sciences)
• Joint environmental laboratory (UU, TNO and Deltares)
• Life Sciences Incubator
• Expansion student accommodation SSH
• P+R De Uithof
