Other buildings

There are various collective company buildings in the Utrecht Science Park with both lab space like the Kruyt building and without like the Matthias van Geuns building. H.R. Kruyt building

Padualaan 8
This former Utrecht University educational building has a range of lab space. There are already several Life Sciences companies here, like Merus Biopharmaceuticals and Crossbeta Biosciences.

Matthias van Geuns building

Bolognalaan 2-48
This building is owned by the UMC Utrecht and offers only office space. It’s home to various organisations including Topselect, EP&C and Decartes. The meeting room is on the top floor.
