Incubators

There are several incubator buildings in the USP. The Alexander Numan building offers both office and laboratory space. UtrechtInc offers office space and support for starting companies.

Alexander Numan building

Yalelaan 40-60
Collective company building and incubator with 8500 m2. The building offers office space, laboratory space and laboratory-support areas to new and established companies in Life Sciences. Tenants can also use a generous meeting room and other provisions. To meet the growing needs this incubator will be expanded over the coming years by an additional 8000 m2 and additional facilities.

This building has a modern, professional setup. The west and south wings (first floor) of the H.R Kruyt building offer 24 turn-key offices ranging from 15 tot 30 m2 per office for starting companies.

The following office facilities are on site:

• meeting & presentation rooms
• kitchen
• flexible working area
UtrechtInc offers starting companies a number of basic facilities to create optimal conditions for success, such as low-threshold financing, access to an extensive network, professional services and prototyping facilities.
